FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $30 shipped within the 48 contiguous US states. Additionally, for a fee we offer faster shipping options by way of UPS and USPS and shipping to foreign countries via USPS. REMEMBER OVERNIGHT AND 2 DAY DELIVERIES ARE FROM THE DATE SHIPPED AND ARE COUNTED ON BUSINESS DAYS M-F ONLY. You’re shipping options and cost will be presented at checkout. Free shipping will be shipped by the carrier of our choice, usually at our lowest cost option.
Most orders received before 1pm (ET) are shipped the same day. We cannot guarantee when an order will be shipped due to matters beyond our control. When mailing a cashier’s check or money order please use our website to calculate shipping and select the money order payment option, or call us and we will be happy to give you a total including shipping. Please include your order number. Please allow 10-14 days for delivery on all ground packages.
Upon receiving your order check for errors and shipping damage. Products are examined, and in perfect condition when packed. All packaging is according to the standards of the carrier. Regardless of the carton appearance, damage was sustained while in transit and must be reported at once to the carrier. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE FILED WITHIN 5 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE. PLEASE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS. THEY ARE FOR YOUR PROTECTION. Items which are invoiced are considered delivered. For items missing and not indicated as Back Ordered notify us immediately. Back Ordered items will be shipped automatically when they become available. Returns will be charged a restocking fee of 10% for accessories and 5% for instruments. Reeds and damaged products may not be returned for credit of any kind.

- When we ship your package, we will email you with shipment information.

Returns & Trials
You may try up to 3 instruments, mouthpieces & barrels on a 14 day trial basis. To take advantage of this, you must indicate you are purchasing the items for trial and pay for the merchandise using a MasterCard, Visa, Discover American Express or NOVUS. You should receive your merchandise within five business days. Be sure to inspect any items shipped as soon as they arrive. All items are sent from Muncy Winds in excellent condition. If you do receive something that may have been damaged in shipment, contact us immediately. Please save the packing material. Returned trial merchandise must be in new condition and original packaging. Please include a copy of your receipt. A $5 research fee will be charged for any return without a copy of your invoice. You will receive a refund minus the shipping charges, trial fees, and *restocking fees. TRIAL FEES: Mouthpiece & barrels under $150 each have a trial fee of $5.00 per item. Mouthpiece & barrels $150+ are $8.00 per item. Instruments under $4,000 have a trial fee of $10.00 per instrument, those $4,000 + have a trial fee of $20 per instrument. *An additional 2.5% restocking fee will be charged if no instrument trials are purchased and all are returned. Merchandise returned with teeth marks, ligature scratches, or any other damage will be considered sold and returned to you. NO EXCEPTIONS. Trials and returns postmarked beyond 14 days after the invoice date and before 30 days will be charged a $20.00 fee. Items not returned within 30 days will be considered purchased and will be charged to you account. Reeds, accessories, and special orders may not be returned. Please allow 3 weeks for refunds to credit cards.
To Return Merchandise
- Package merchandise in a sturdy box with adequate packing material.
- Include a copy of your invoice and notate the items you are returning.
- Insure the package for the full amount on the items being returned. Any damage which may occur while shipping merchandise back to Muncy Winds is your responsibility.
- Keep all copies of your receipts from the shipping carrier. Contact the shipper directly for tracking your package and delivery status back to Muncy Winds Music Co.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Muncy Winds Music honors MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and Novus credit and debit cards. Your card will be charged for only the items shipped. Payment terms are available to qualified institutions. Orders are accepted upon credit approval. All open orders are sent 30 day net and require a purchase order to be faxed to (828) 963-8990 from your institution before your order can be sent. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars. If ordering by mail, you may pay by cashier’s check or money order. Please be sure and include any applicable 6.75 % NC sales tax when mailing your order.
Product availability and prices are subject to change without notice. The price in effect when we receive your order will be the price that you are charged.
