RETURNS AND TRIALS
You may try up to 3 instruments, mouthpieces & barrels on a 14 day trial basis. To take advantage of this, you must indicate you are purchasing the items for trial and pay for the merchandise using a MasterCard, Visa, Discover or NOVUS. You should receive your merchandise within five business days. Be sure to inspect any items shipped as soon as they arrive. All items are sent from Muncy Winds in excellent condition. If you do receive something that may have been damaged in shipment, contact us immediately. Please save the packing material. Returned trial merchandise must be in new condition and original packaging. Please include a copy of your receipt. A $5 research fee will be charged for any return without a copy of your invoice. You will receive a refund minus the shipping charges, trial fees, and *restocking fees. TRIAL FEES: Mouthpieces under $150 each have a trial fee of $5.00 per item. Mouthpieces $150+ are $8.00 per item. Ligatures and barrels have a trial fee of $3.00 per item. Instruments under $4,000 have a trial fee of $10.00 per instrument, those $4,000 + have a trial fee of $20 per instrument. *PLEASE NOTE, an additional 3% restocking fee will be charged if no purchases are made and everything is retrned. Merchandise returned with teeth marks, ligature scratches, or any other damage will be considered sold and returned to you. NO EXCEPTIONS. Trials postmarked after the due date on your invoice and before 30 days will be charged a $20.00 extension fee. Items not returned within 30 days will be considered purchased and will be charged to you account. Reeds, accessories, and special orders may not be returned. Please allow 3 weeks for refunds to credit cards.
To return merchandise please follow the steps below.
1)Package merchandise in a sturdy box with adequate packing material.
2)Include a copy of your invoice and notate the items you are returning.
3)Insure the package for the full amount on the items being returned. Any damage which may occur while shipping merchandise back to Muncy Winds is your responsibility.
4)Keep all copies of your receipts from the shipping carrier. Contact the shipper directly for tracking your package and delivery status back to Muncy Winds Music Co.

Payment terms are available to qualified institutions. Orders are accepted upon credit approval. All open orders are sent 30 day net and require a purchase oder to be faxed to us from your institution before your order can be sent. Payment must be made in U.S. dollars. We also accept the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and NOVUS. Your credit card will be charged for items shipped only. If you prefer to order by cashiers check or money order please be sure and add applicable 7.75 % NC sales tax. Item availability and and prices are subject to change without notice. The price in effect when we receive your order will be the price that you are charged. We are not responsible for any typographical errors.
Muncy Winds can not guarantee when an order will be shipped due to matters beyond our control. Most orders received before 1pm (E) are shipped the same day. When mailing a cashiers check or money order please use our website to calculate shipping and select the money order payment option, or call us and we will be happy to give you a total including shipping along with your order number. Please allow 10-14 days for delivery on all ground packages. If you are in a hurry, we also offer our rush service which includes overnight and 2 day delivery. REMEMBER OVERNIGHT AND 2 DAY UPS DELIVERIES ARE FROM THE DATE SHIPPED AND ARE COUNTED ON BUSINESS DAYS M-F ONLY. ADD $14 TO OVERNIGHT CHARGES FOR SATURDAY DELIVERY.
RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
Check orders for errors and shipping damage. Products are examined, and in perfect condition when packed. All packaging is according to the standards of the carrier. Regardless of the carton appearance, damage was sustained while in transit and must be reported at once to the carrier. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE FILED WITHIN 5 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE. PLEASE FOLLOW THE ABOVE INSTRUCTIONS, THEY ARE FOR YOUR PROTECTION. Items which are invoiced are considered delivered. For items missing and not indicated as BackOrdered notify us immediately. BackOrdered items will be shipped automatically when available.
