Muncy Winds Music Co. advertises “Serving Musicians Since 1987”. Our professional service to musicians really began in 1977 when I started repairing musical instruments for my friends and colleagues in Dallas, Texas. My goal then, just as it is now, was to listen to my friends problems they were experiencing and to offer help. At times these problems are instruments in need of repair. Other times they are preparing for a life changing audition or just trying to find that perfect reed for a lesson or performance next week. Sometimes our friends want to just call and share a happy or sad happening in their life, and that’s okay too. To us, your contact is much more than taking your order, although we are eager to do a good job with that as well. We always love to hear how you are doing, what you are playing, and how your family is. That is what keeps us going. Since 1977 we have seen friends develop from beginners into professionals and some now deceased. We have had the privilege to serve many music legends and have learned a great deal in the process. We have been blessed with customers that appreciate us, and we appreciate them as well.
